Balai Pelaksanaan Jalan Nasional (BPJN XIV Palu) melalui kontraktor pelaksana proyek PT Citra Putera La Terang (CPLT), telah menyelesaikan pembangunan jembatan Bahomoteve I dengan bentangan 38,6 meter dan lebar jembatan 14 meter dikecamatan Bahodopi, kabupaten Morowali, provinsi Sulawesi Tengah.
Pembangunan jembatan dengan nomor kontrak HK.02.03/Bb14/PJN III/PPK-3.7/01/2019, tersebut merupakan bagian dari sejumlah infrastruktur dasar yang dibangun untuk mendukung peningkatan kualitas hidup masyarakat dikabupaten Morowali yang saat ini masuk wilayah strategis nasional karena sebagai daerah pusat industry pertamabangan nikel terbesar se Asia tenggara.
Pelaksana proyek pembangunan jembatan Bahomoteve I, Subhan ST mengatakan pihaknya telah merampungkan kegiatan pembangunan infrastruktur jembatan senilai Rp15,9 miliar diwilayah permukiman masyarakat di kabupaten Morowali. Berbagai macam tantangan, berimplikasi pada proses pembangunan jembatan yang berada di jalur trans Sulawesi itu.
Namun hal tersebut, kata Subhan, tidak menyurutkan untuk terus menyelesaikan proyek pendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi masyarakat melalui sector jalan dan jembatan. Proyek ini setidaknya ada beberapa hal yang menjadi tantangan mendasar dan harus dijawab solutif agar proyek ini dapat selesai sesuai target.

“Diawal pembangunan proyek jembatan ini dijumpai adanya masalah pembebasan lahan warga untuk kepentingan pembangunan jembatan, membuat pemenuhan proyek ini sempat terhenti. Tapi dengan inisiatif saya agar proyek ini tetap berjalan, sehingga saya turun tangan sendiri untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan itu bersama warga pemilik lahan, sehingga proyek ini kembali berjalan,” Cerita Subhan, kepada Koran Trilogi pada kesempatan sebelumnya.

Kemudian lanjut Subhan ST, tantangan berikutnya yang dihadapi adalah bagaimana diperlukannya effort untuk mendistribusikan material beton precast sejak diproduksi di PPB WIKA Beton dikota Makasar sampai ke area proyek dikabupaten Morowali.

Subhan menjelaskan dalam hubungannya dengan distribusi beton precast dari PPB WIKA Makasar menuju titik nol lokasi pemasangan dengan memanfaatkan waktu yang cukup lama dengan jarak tempuh sejauh 846,9 kilometer melalui jalur darat serta harus mendatangkan tenaga tehnik dari pihak management PPB WIKA dari kota Makasar.
“Mulai dari material precest sampai tenaga ahli untuk pemasangan, itu semua dari perusahaan WIKA, karena hanya mereka yang ditunjuk sebagai perusahaan precest untuk menguasai wilayah Indonesia timur. Biasanya ditahap ini sering terjadinya keterlambatan, karena tim pemasangan dari pihak WIKA yang terbatas “ katanya sembari menambahkan bahwa semua material precest untuk kepentingan proyek jembatan harus melalui PPB WIKA.
Untuk menyelesaikan masalah tersebut, tambah Subhan, manajemen proyek mencari jalan keluar. Bahkan menstimulan lahirnya kreativitas-kreativitas baru di tengah keterbatasan sehingga pekerjaan ini jembatan yang melintasi jalur trans Sulawesi berjalan dengan lancar, hingga akhirnya sudah ditahap penyempurnaan.
“Manajemen proyek bersama tim dilapangan tetap solid, hingga kami dapat menintensifkan pekerjaan meskipun berjalan terdapat beberapa factor kendala, baik masalah pembebasan lahan diawal perjalananya, pengiriman material balok girder jembatan, dan factor cuaca. Alhamdulilah berkat kerjasama tim dilapangan, kami sampai dititik penyempurnaan, saat ini kami sisah memasang marka jalan lagi” jelasnya.
Proses pembangunan jembatan Bahomotefe I, menurut Subhan, bahwa untuk mengoptimalkan pengerjaan proyek ini, pihaknya telah mengerahkan semua sumber daya perusahaan baik peralatan, material dan finansial agar apa yang menjadi tujuan dapat tercapai pada waktunya.
“Walaupun menghadapi beberapa kendala, semangat tim untuk menyelesaikan proyek pembangunan jembatan disana masih solid hingga kini progresnya masih dalam tahap penyempurnaan dan optimis selesai sebelum waktunya ” ungkapnya.
Subhan sangat mengharapkan dengan proyek strategis ini, akses bagi masyarakat setempat yang bermukim di desa Bahomotefe, akan terhubung kembali setelah sebelumnya jembatan dilokasi itu sudah rusak akibat dampak banjir rob. Jembatan ini juga sebagai akses satu satunya menuju kota Kendari dan Makasar begitupun sebaliknya.
“Disamping mengurangi waktu tempuh terhadap jarak yang ada, pembangunan jembatan ini juga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan perekonomian disekitar lokasi yang dilalui, dan diharapkan dapat mempercepat proses perkembangan dan pertumbuhan ekonomi masyarakat,” harapannya.
Direktorat Bina Marga Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat (PUPR) melalui BPJN XIV Palu. Awal tahun 2019 lalu Satker PJN wilayah III memprogramkan pembangunan jembatan Bahomotefe I bertujuan untuk memperlancar pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kabupaten Morowali. Pembangunan jembatan Bahomotefe I dengan bentangan 38,6 meter dan lebar jembatan 14 meter dibiayai oleh APBN murni dengan nilai kontrak senilai Rp15.9 miliar yang dikerjakan oleh PT Citra Putera La Terang. Saat ini pembangunan jembatan tersebut sudah dalam tahap penyempurnaan atau finishing.
Perlu diketahui bahwa Jembatan Bahomotefe I ini merupakan penghubung utama antara ibu kota Kabupaten Morowali dengan lokasi pertambangan Indonesia Morowali Industrial Park (IMIP) yang berlokasi di desa Fatufia, Kecamatan Bahodopi, sebuah kawasan indusri pertambangan nikel terbesar se Asia tenggara yang mempekerjakan sekitar 35.000 tenaga kerja.
Dengan dibangunya jembatan permanen Bahomotefe I ini, praktis jalur trans Sulawesi akan memacu pertumbuhan ekonomi khsusnya masyarakat Kabupaten Morowali dan kawasan industry dan juga mengurai kemacetan jalur hubungan darat baik dari arah Palu, ibu kota Sulawesi Tengah maupun dari arah Kendari, ibu kota Sulawesi Tenggara dan provinsi Sulawesi Selatan.
