Ratusan massa aksi dari Forum Rakyat Anti Hoax (FRAH) Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah, menggelar aksi demonstrasi di depan markas Polda Sulteng, di Kota Palu pada Jumat siang 5 Juni 2019.
MERASA DIFITNAH, GUBERNUR LONGKY ADUKAN YB KE POLDA SULTENG
Aksi demo tersebut bertujuan mendesak Polda Sulteng menuntaskan kasus hoax atau berita bohong yang menimpa Gubernur Sulteng Longki Djanggola oleh tiga terlapor, salah satunya adalah Yahdi Basma, anggota DPRD Sulteng asal Partai Nasdem.
Ketua Forum Rakyat Anti Hoax Sulteng, Salim Baculu mengatakan, aksi tersebut dilatarbelakangi atas penanganan kasus Yahdi Basma yang terkesan lambat ditangani di kepolisian.
“Perlu didesak agar Polda Sulteng serius dan segera tuntaskan dengan menetapkan para terlapor sebagai tersangka,” soraknya.
Menurut Salim, terlapor Yahdi Basma serta dua orang lainnya dengan sadar dan sengaja menyebarluaskan gambar editan Koran Harian Mercusuar, lalu dibumbui narasi provokatif terkesan menggiring opini bahwa Gubernur Longki membiayai aksi people power.
“Berita bohong tersebut sengaja disebarkan untuk menciptakan keresahan, sehingga masyarakat marah dan tidak lagi percaya kepada Gubernur Longki sebagai kepala daerah Sulteng,” ujarnya.
Sementara itu, salah satu anggota forum, Akbar mengatakan, peserta aksi demo tersebut merupakan kumpulan dari berbagai elemen masyarakat yang memiliki semangat sama dalam memerangi hoax.
“Aksi kami gelar ini untuk memperjuangkan keadilan, sebab hukum adalah panglima di negeri ini. Untuk itu penyidik segera menetapkan pelaku penyebar berita hoax itu sebagai tersangka,” jelasnya.
Beberapa jam sebelum aksi itu dimulai, rombongan Gubernur Sulawesi Tengah Longki Djanggola melaporkan anggota DPRD Sulteng Yahdi Basma. Dia tidak terima karena dituduh oleh Yahdi Basma sebagai pendana aksi People Power di Sulteng.
Gubernur Sulteng tiba di Polda Sulteng didampingi oleh empat pengacara dan seorang pemimpin redaksi harian lokal sekitar pukul 9.56 Wita. Laporan tersebut kali kedua dilakukan yang ditujukan oleh anggota DPRD Provinsi Yahdi Basma dari fraksi Partai Nasdem, karena menyebar foto koran hasil editan alias berita hoax.
Longki Djanggola mendatangi Sentra Pelayanan Kepolisian Terpadu (SPKT) Polda Sulteng di Palu, Jumat pagi, untuk melaporkan politisi Partai NasDem Yahdi Basma yang dinilai menyebar berita bohong (hoax) mengenai Gubernur Sulteng Longki Djanggola.
Longki yang didampingi sejumlah penasehat hukum tiba di SPKT pukul 10.00 Wita dan diterima perwira jaga SPKT Akp Amir Dewa dan seorang stafnya.
Kepada perwira yang menerimanya, Longki menjelaskan bahwa dirinya sebenarnya sudah mengadukan berita hoax ini sejak lima pekan yakni 20 Mei 2019 namun progres penanganannya mengecewakan.
Karena itu Longki mengatakan kedatangannya kali ini membawa surat dan berkas-berkas yang dibutuhkan agar laporan pengaduan diubah menmenjadi laporan polisi terhadap Yahdi Basma dan bisa ditangani lebih serius oleh penyidik Polda dengan mengambil langkah hukum tegas terhadap Yahdi Basma, anggota DPRD Sulteng itu.
Kasus ini bermula ketika Yahdi Basma ditengarai memenyebarkan hoax yang menyebut bahwa Gubernur Sulteng Longki Djanggola yang juga Ketua DPD Gerindra Sulteng ikut membiayai kegiatan ‘people power' menjelang pengumuman hasil Pilpres oleh KPU pusat di Jakarta.
