Demokrat Sulteng tolak KLB, Anwar Hafid serahkan dokumen pengurus ke Kantor Wilayah (Kanwil) Kementerian Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia (Kemenkumham), pada Rabu pagi 17 Maret 2021.
Rombongan pengurus Dewan Pimpinan Daerah (DPD) dan sejumlah Dewan Pimpinan Cabang (DPC) Demokrat se Sulawesi Tengah ini, di ketahui menyerahkan dokumen dan surat berisi laporan perbuatan melawan hukum yang dilakukan oleh peserta Kongres Luar Biasa (KLB) di Deli Serdang, Sumatera Utara, pada Jumat 5 Maret 2021 lalu.
Ketua DPD PD Sulteng, Anwar Hafid beserta sejumlah pengurus DPC, dijadwalkan juga akan melanjutkan kunjunganya ke kantor Komisi Pemilihan Umum Daerah (KPUD) Provinsi Sulteng, dengan agenda yang sama.
Diketahui rombongan kader partai besutan Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY) ini, mulai bergerak dari kantor pusat DPD Demokrat, di jalan Vetran, Kelurahan Tanamodindi, Kecamatan, Palu Selatan, pada pukul 09.00 Wita.

Dalam kunjungan itu, ketua DPD dan DPC menyatakan sikap Demokrat Sulteng tolak KLB dengan memegang kesetiaannya terhadap Partai Demokrat pimpinan Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY) dan mereka sepakat bahwa KLB di Deli Serdang merupakan perbuatan melawan hukum, khususnya terhadap anggaran dasar/anggaran rumah tangga (AD/ART) yang jadi dasar hukum partai.
“Kami datang melaporkan secara fisik, tidak hanya dalam bentuk surat, tapi secara fisik. Bahwa semua pemilik suara di Sulawesi Tengah ini, ketua DPD dan ketua DPC tidak ada satu pun hadir di KLB di Deli Serdang. Semua ketua DPC 13 Kabupaten, Kota, solid dibawah kepemimpinan ketum AHY yang sah sesuai hasil Kongres ke V tahun 2015” kata Anwar Hafid kepada sejumlah jurnalis yang hadir di kantor Kemenkumham.

Menurutnya, informasi itu penting disebarluaskan dan diketahui oleh publik agar tidak ada kabar bohong yang disebarkan oleh peserta KLB.
Pemecatan Kader DPD PD Sulteng
Sementara itu terkait dengan 14 orang yang datang ke KLB Demokrat di Deli Serdang dan diduga mengklaim sebagai perwakilan Demokrat di Sulteng, anggota Komisi II DPR RI itu menyebutkan masih menyelidiki lebih dalam. Namun untuk yang sudah ada SK pemecatan saat ini baru satu orang yaitu Zulfakar.
“Ada 14 orang kader partai Demokrat yang aktif dan ada yang tidak aktif. 10 dari pengurus DPD dan 4 dari pengurus DPC. Tapi mereka ini tidak ada satupun pemilik suara dan semunya ada yang kita periksa sebelum KLB dan sudah kita berhentikan semua dan satu orang kita sudah pecat sebelum KLB dan sisahnya masih kita BAP untuk diusulkan ke DPP untuk pemecatan nya” Bebernya.

Dalam rangka tindak lanjut penanganan GPK oleh sejumlah pengurus DPD, DPC, PD di Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah, juga dirangkaikan dengan acara doa untuk Negeri antar pengurus PD Sulteng dan tokoh lintas agama serta diakhiri dengan pembacaan maklumat DPD PD Sulteng, tentang penggunaan atribut Partai Demokrat.
