Tidak hanya kantor DPRD dan Dinas PUPR Kota Palu, tim anti Rasuah penyidik Kejaksaan Tinggi Sulawesi Tengah, pagi tadi Selasa 11 Agustus 2020 juga melakukan penggeledahan dikantor Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah (BAPPEDA) kota Palu.
Penggeledahan dilakukan terkait pengusutan dugaan korupsi gratifikasi pembayaran eskalasi hutan jembatan Palu IV senilai miliaran rupiah TA 2019, dimana perkaranya sudah dalam tahap penyidikan oleh pihak Kejati dan belum ada penetapan tersangka.
Hal ini diketahui berdasarkan informasi yang diterima Koran Trilogi, melalui Kasi Penerangan Umum (Kasipenkum) Kejati, Inti Astutik dalam rilis yang diterima pada selasa siang.
“ Pada hari ini Selasa 11 Agustus 2020, telah dilakukan penggeledahan di kantor Bappeda kota Palu dimulai pukul 09.30 wita s/d 13.00 wita, dalam penggeledahan tersebut dipimpin langsung oleh ketua tim penyidik perkara Jembatan IV Palu yaitu Ariati, SH dan anggota Tim yaitu Asmah, SH. MH dan I Gede Sukayasa, SH. MH” tulisnya.
Hasil penggeledahan itu, tambah Astutik, penyidik berhasil menyita beberapa dokumen yang diduga kuat sebagai barang bukti terkait perkara yang ditangani saat ini.
“ Bahwa dalam penggeledahan tersebut diperoleh beberapa barang bukti antara lain : 1 (satu) unit laptop yg di dalamnya terdapat data2 dan beberapa dokumen tertulis terkait dengan perkara Jembatan IV” singkat nya.
Sampai berita ini diterbitkan, tim penyidik umum anti Rasuah Aspidsus Kejati Sulteng terus berburu mencari dua alat bukti untuk memperkuat pengusutan ini dalam menentukan tersangka. Jika sudah memenuhi unsur, sudah dapat dipastikan dalam waktu dekat penyidik akan menentukan siapa calon tersangka dalam perkara pembayaran exkalasi hutang jembatan Palu IV untuk tahap I.
